  • 1 pkg. plus 1/4 Knox unflavored gelatine
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Directions

    Stirring constantly, bring to a boil the first 3 ingredients. Cool.

    Fold in with wire whisk the sour cream, Cool Whip and almond extract.

    Pour into a lightly greased mold and chill overnight for best results.
