  • 1 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 oz. butter
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 pt. milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 large container Ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Cheddar or Muenster cheese

Directions

    In saucepan, heat cubes of butter until melted.

    Add flour and mix with wooden spoon.

    Mix until pale gold in color.

    Remove from heat and stir in milk.

    Put back on heat to thicken.

    Add Cheddar or Muenster cheese to taste, starting with 1/2 cup.

    Add 2 eggs to Ricotta cheese and blend well.

    In baking dish, alternate Cheddar cheese sauce, noodles, and Ricotta mixture, top with cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
