- 1 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked
- 2 oz. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 pt. milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 large container Ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- Cheddar or Muenster cheese
Directions

1In saucepan, heat cubes of butter until melted.

2Add flour and mix with wooden spoon.

3Mix until pale gold in color.

4Remove from heat and stir in milk.

5Put back on heat to thicken.

6Add Cheddar or Muenster cheese to taste, starting with 1/2 cup.

7Add 2 eggs to Ricotta cheese and blend well.

8In baking dish, alternate Cheddar cheese sauce, noodles, and Ricotta mixture, top with cheese.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
