  • 2 baked 9-inch pie shells
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour + 1 Tbsp.
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 beaten egg whites, with 1/4 c. sugar
  • Cool Whip
  • chopped pecans

Directions

    Cook all ingredients except egg white mixture until thickened. Fold in egg whites.

    Pour into cooled pie shells.

    Chill and top with Cool Whip and chopped pecans.
