White Rum Banana Bread

• 3/4 cup sunflower oil
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 3 tablespoons turbinando sugar
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon white rum
• 1 3/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
