- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Heat butter in saucepan; blend in flour and cook until bubbly.

2Add milk gradually, stirring constantly; cook until thickened.

3Cook 3 minutes longer.

4Add seasonings, add whatever leftover meat you are using and continue cooking until heated through.

5Serve over toast, rice, noodles or biscuits.
