Directions

   Put all ingredients in large pot (except confectioners sugar) and cook over low heat stirring until smooth.

   Remove from heat and stir in 7 cups Crispex cereal.

   Stir until well coated and spread onto wax paper.

   Coat with confectioners sugar.

   Let cool, then break apart and store in air tight container.
