  • 1 c. chopped, fresh or frozen, thawed spinach
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • milk or water to moisten dressing
  • butter or margarine, melted
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
