- 2 pounds red snapper whole, gutted
- 2 tablespoons old bay seasoning
- 3 lemon slices
Directions

1Beginning with a gutted fish, pat dry the inside flesh with a paper towel.

2Season with most of the Old Bay and place the lemons inside.

3Score the skin of the fish on each side and dust with the remaining Old Bay.

4Grill on each side for about 5 minutes on medium heat.

5Let rest for a minute or two. Squeeze the lemon slices on over the fish.

6Serve and enjoy!
