  • 1 1/2 c Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 T dry Stevia
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 c lukewarm unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/3 c melted butter

Directions

    Preheat your iron while you make the waffle batter.

    Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and stevia.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and butter.

    Mix together the wet and dry ingredients, stirring just until combined. The batter will be a bit lumpy; that's ok.

    Cook the waffles as directed in the instructions that came with your waffle iron.
