- 1 1/2 c Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 T dry Stevia
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 c lukewarm unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 c melted butter
Directions

1Preheat your iron while you make the waffle batter.

2Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and stevia.

3In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and butter.

4Mix together the wet and dry ingredients, stirring just until combined. The batter will be a bit lumpy; that's ok.

5Cook the waffles as directed in the instructions that came with your waffle iron.
