- 1 ounces, weight Wheat Bran
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Bread Soda, Sieved
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup, 4 tablespoons, 3/4 teaspoons, 1-7/8 pinches Milk
- 4-1/2 ounces, weight Yogurt (Natural Or Hazelnut)
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar

11. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F (or gas mark 6). Grease a 2-pound loaf tin.
