Wide Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage or ground beef
  • onion (as desired)
  • 1 qt. canned tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (any kind you want, American, Cheddar, Velveeta, etc.)

Directions

    Brown meat with onion and drain off fat.

    In another pan, combine tomatoes, cornstarch, sugar and allspice and cook until thickened.

    Cook noodles as directed on package and drain off water.
