  • 50 grams sugar
  • 50 grams powdered sugar
  • 120 grams hazelnuts (filberts) or any other kind, coarsely ground
  • 50 grams citron finely diced
  • 1 x graham crackers/wafers

Directions

    Over steam, beat egg whites and sugar to firm peaks.

    Add nuts and citron.

    Put baking wafers on cookie sheet, putting a small heap (about a teaspoon?)

    of the mixture on top of each wafer.

    Let dry in oven.
