Wild Berry Compote

  • 4 cups Mixed Frozen Or Fresh Berries (I Used Strawberries, Blackberries, Raspberries And Blueberries)
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (or Juice From Half A Lemon)
  • 1/4 cups Sugar (optional)

Directions

    Place fruit in a pan, add lemon juice (if using sugar, add it here), turn heat up to medium and stir constantly until thick and bubbly, about 7 minutes for fresh fruit and 10 minutes for frozen fruit.

    Once cool, add to a jar or bowl and refrigerate!
