Ingredients
- 2 lb. pork sausage
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 lb. ground deer or elk
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 3 large bell peppers, chopped
- 4 large pkg. Williams chili powder
- 2 large cans V-8 juice
- 2 large cans whole stewed tomatoes
- 1 can Ro-Tel
Directions

1Brown each type of meat with one onion and one pepper.

2Place each batch of meat in colander and rinse under warm water.

3Put browned meat in large stew pot.

4Add juice and two packages of seasoning.

5Squeeze stewed tomatoes into bits; add to pot along with juice.

6Add Ro-Tel.

7Simmer 2 hours.

8Add more chili powder to taste.

9Simmer 2 more hours.

10Do not add beans.

11Serve with shredded cheese, chopped onions, crackers, Fritos.

12Can be frozen in small batches; great for groups.
