- dressed ducks
- 1/2 stick butter per duck
- 1/4 c. Port wine per duck
Directions

1Brown dressed ducks in butter.

2Remove duck and make water, flour, salt and pepper gravy from butter.

3Add wine to gravy. Place ducks in roaster, breast down.

4Cover with gravy.

5Cover roaster and cook in very slow oven at 200° for at least 4 hours. Check often and add more water, wine and seasonings if necessary. Serve with wild rice.
