- 1 small head garlic (not clove)
- 1 onion
- 5 to 6 chili peppers
- salt and pepper
- 1 pt., plus 1 c. water
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. cumin powder
- 1/2 c. oats
Directions

1Fry garlic, onion and chili peppers until lightly brown.

2Add meat and brown.

3Add water, tomato sauce, chili powder and cumin powder.

4Cook for 30 minutes.

5Cook longer for better flavor. Last, add oats to thicken.
