Wilted Cabbage Salad

- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 head cabbage
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- vinegar
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon in skillet; remove bacon and add chopped cabbage to drippings.

2Cook until wilted down (about 5 minutes).

3Add chopped tomatoes, onion, celery and green pepper.

4Stir into cabbage and add two to three tablespoons vinegar.

5Salt and pepper to taste. Cook about 5 minutes.
