  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. Gallo Creme Sherry
  • 4 eggs
  • Powdered sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 12 cup bundt pan. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat for a full 5 minutes (important). Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes and then top with powdered sugar.
