  • 6 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
  • 4 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 lb. Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 4 Tbsp. sherry or Port wine
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion (optional)
