Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes Knox instant gelatine
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 1 1/4 c. Taylor's cream sherry
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice (may use approximately 2 lemons and 1/2 an orange)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • whipped cream

Directions

    Soak gelatine in cold water.

    Add salt and sugar.

    Pour boiling water over this.

    Then add lemon and orange juice.
  5. 5
    When it has cooled, add wine.
  6. 6
    Chill and serve with whipped cream.
