- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 7 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
- 2 c. thinly sliced onions
Directions

1In a large saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, salt, mustard seed and celery seed.

2Bring to boiling, stirring just until sugar dissolves.

3Remove from heat.

4Add cucumbers and onions.

5Cool. Put in container.

6Chill in refrigerator 24 hours to 1 month. Makes 7 cups.
