- 1 1/2 tbsp Preserved Cabbage (pronounced as Dong Cai in Chinese, literally translated as Winter Vegetable), rinsed and drained
- 2 eggs, not beaten
- 1 white pepper powder
- 1 coriander (optional), washed and chopped
- 400 ml water
Directions

1Boil the water first.

2Then add in preserved cabbage and eggs.

3Cook for 1 minute.

4Add coriander for garnish.

5Add some white pepper powder to taste.

6Ready to serve.
