- 1 1/2 lb. potatoes
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onion rings
- 1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Directions

1Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender.

2Drain, peel and mash.

3Stir in 1/2 the cheese and 1/2 the onions.

4Spread potato mixture over bottom and up sides of a greased 2-quart rectangular baking dish to form

5a shell.

6Combine chicken, vegetables, soup, mustard, garlic powder and pepper; spoon into shell.

7Cover loosely and bake in oven at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes.

8Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions.

9Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
