- 1 big can peaches
- 2 cans pineapple chunks
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 1 can pears, cut into chunks
- 3 Tbsp tapioca granules
- 1/3 c. sugar
- coconut (optional)
- chopped nuts (optional)
- maraschino cherries
- 1 box vanilla cook & serve pudding
Directions

1Drain all fruit (very well) in colander, reserving juices. Combine juices and measure 3 cups into a saucepan.

2Add pudding mix, sugar and tapioca.

3Bring to boil stirring constantly. Simmer until mixture begins to thicken.

4Cool to room temperature and pour over drained fruit.

5Add nuts and coconut if desired and maraschino cherries for color.

6Refrigerate well before serving.
