- corn meal
- salt
- sweet milk
- sugar
Directions

1Boil 2 quarts water in pot.

2When it begins to boil, take meal with a spoon a little at a time and sprinkle meal in water while boiling.

3Put a dash of salt in the water.

4Stir until meal begins to thicken.

5Test to see if thick enough.

6Get a small bowl of sweet milk and put some of the mush in it and serve.

7Put sugar in if desired.

8Nourishing on a cold day.

9Also it can be sliced and fried if desired.
