- 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- 3 c. (crammed) canned peaches, sliced
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 heaping Tbsp. regular flour
- 2 heaping Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 c. juice from peaches
Directions

1Fill unbaked pie crust shell with peaches.

2Cream together sugar, flour, butter and lemon juice.

3Add egg, cinnamon and juice drained from peaches.

4Pour over peaches.

5Bake 10 minutes at 475°, then 50 minutes at 325°.
