- 1 semi-ripened green Anjou pear
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 pinches ground cinnamon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

2Line a baking sheet with tin foil

3Cut pear in half

4Scoop out the pit area of the pear and remove any other unwanted areas

5Lay pears on baking sheet with their faces up

6Sprinkle the cinnamon over top the pears, drizzle honey evenly throughout the pears, and put a small splash of lemon juice into the emptied out pit area of each pear

7Bake for 20 minutes

8Remove from oven and drizzle extra honey over pears

9Serve warm
