  • 13 qt. cabbage, shredded (about 5 large heads)
  • 6 to 10 red or green peppers, shredded
  • 20 medium onions, shredded
  • 3 qt. vinegar (dark)
  • 13 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. salt
  • 1/3 c. mustard seed
  • 1/3 c. celery seed
  • 2 Tbsp. turmeric

Directions

    Cold pack just until jars are hot and sealed.
