- 1 large buttercup/butternut squash
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 2 red onions
- 3 T olive oil
- 3 T other vegetable oil
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
- 2-4 T chopped fresh sage
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Clean and chop winter squash and red onion to total 4 quarts

2mix in oil vinegar, sage, salt, and pepper

3spread in single layer on shallow baking sheets

4roast @ 425 F for 10 min
