- 1 c. cauliflower
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. carrots
- 1 c. apples
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/2 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
- 2 pkg. Equal
Directions

1Chop all vegetables into bite size pieces and measure a cup of each.

2Mix mayonnaise, yogurt and Equal together.
