  • 1 c. broccoli
  • 1 c. cauliflower
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. carrots
  • 1 c. apples
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 2 pkg. Equal

Directions

    Chop all vegetables into bite size pieces and measure a cup of each.
