Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Turkey or Italian sausage, sliced in 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 c. diced onion (large)
  • 1 c. sliced carrots
  • 2 small zucchini, sliced
  • 1 - 16oz. can tomatoes, chopped and undrained
  • 2 c. finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 tsp. crumbled Basil
  • 1 tsp. salt (optinal)
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 cans beef bouillon (10 3/4oz cans) or 3 beef bouillon cubes in 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 can (16oz) Great Northern Beans

    Assemble all ingredients (except beans) in large kettle and cook till vegetables are tender.

    Add the beans, undrained, and reheat.
