Ingredients
- 1/4 c. minced onions
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) jar processed cheese spread
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
Directions

1Saute onions in 4 tablespoons of butter until soft.

2Stir in flour.

3Add water and cook over low heat until thick.

4Blend in cheese.

5Combine sauce and thawed, well drained broccoli.

6Add eggs and mix gently.

7Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

8Cover with cracker crumbs and dot with 2 tablespoons butter.

9Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.

10Serves 6.
