- 16 oz Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2 X 1/4 inch cubes
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350F.

2Spray baking sheets with vegetable cooking spray.

4Arrange the cheese squares on the baking sheets, allowing 2 inches of border around the edges and between each square.

5Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 7 minutes.

6Let the cheese cool on the baking sheet until just set, about 2 minutes.

7Then use a metal spatula to transfer it to a wire rack to cool and harden.

8Serve these appetizers at room temperature.
