  • 16 oz Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 1/2 X 1/4 inch cubes

    Preheat the oven to 350F.

    Spray baking sheets with vegetable cooking spray.

    Arrange the cheese squares on the baking sheets, allowing 2 inches of border around the edges and between each square.

    Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 7 minutes.

    Let the cheese cool on the baking sheet until just set, about 2 minutes.

    Then use a metal spatula to transfer it to a wire rack to cool and harden.
