  • 4 slices bacon, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 c. peeled and diced potatoes
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 lb. fish, crabmeat, shrimp or mixture of fish may be used, boned and cut up
  • 1 3/4 c. milk (more, if desired)
