  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • green pepper, diced
  • 1 c. bouillon chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. oyster sauce (Chinese section of store)
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Directions

    Sprinkle chicken with cornstarch.

    Turn wok to high heat.

    Add oil.

    Add chicken.

    Toss about 3 to 5 minutes.

    Add green pepper and mushrooms, toss about 2 minutes more.

    Add sugar and oyster sauce. Mix.

    Add broth at end.
