- 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- green pepper, diced
- 1 c. bouillon chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. oyster sauce (Chinese section of store)
- 1 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Sprinkle chicken with cornstarch.

2Turn wok to high heat.

4Add chicken.

5Toss about 3 to 5 minutes.

6Add green pepper and mushrooms, toss about 2 minutes more.

7Add sugar and oyster sauce. Mix.

8Add broth at end.
