  • 2 lb. cooked, crumbled sausage
  • 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 8 oz. Hidden Valley salad dressing
  • 1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced ripe olives
  • 1/2 c. chopped red or green peppers
  • 1 pkg. won ton wrappers

Directions

    Blot sausage dry with paper towels and combine with cheeses, salad dressing, olives and peppers.

    Fill won ton wrappers with 1 teaspoon mixture; wet corners of wrappers.

    Roll up and fold in corners.

    Deep fry at 350° until light brown.
