- 2 lb. cooked, crumbled sausage
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 oz. Hidden Valley salad dressing
- 1 (2.25 oz.) can sliced ripe olives
- 1/2 c. chopped red or green peppers
- 1 pkg. won ton wrappers
Directions

1Blot sausage dry with paper towels and combine with cheeses, salad dressing, olives and peppers.

2Fill won ton wrappers with 1 teaspoon mixture; wet corners of wrappers.

3Roll up and fold in corners.

4Deep fry at 350° until light brown.
