- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 Tbsp. sherry
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Combine ingredients to make filling.

2Place 1/2 teaspoon filling on each wonton wrapper, slightly off center.

3Fold almost in half, pressing edges together, then fold in half again.

4Pull the two corners together and stick them to each other with a little water.
