- 1 small jar pimiento pieces or 1 pimiento, cut up
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 green pepper, parboiled and diced
- 2 to 4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
Directions

1Melt cheese in double boiler.

2You can parboil the green pepper in the bottom part of double boiler while cheese melts.

3(Cut pepper in half, remove seeds and boil a few minutes until tender to fork.)

4To melted cheese, add mushroom soup, pimiento, cut-up eggs and cut-up pepper.

5Serve on toast.
