  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 small jar pimiento pieces or 1 pimiento, cut up
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 green pepper, parboiled and diced
  • 2 to 4 hard-boiled eggs, diced

Directions

    Melt cheese in double boiler.

    You can parboil the green pepper in the bottom part of double boiler while cheese melts.

    (Cut pepper in half, remove seeds and boil a few minutes until tender to fork.)

    To melted cheese, add mushroom soup, pimiento, cut-up eggs and cut-up pepper.

    Serve on toast.
