- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 different flavors of yogurt (i used activia strawberry and peach)
- 2 tbsp condensed milk (optional you can use honey)
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
- 1 bottle of smalta
- 3 cup nestle vanilla flavour supligen
- 2 cup gatorade(any flavour)
- 2 tbsp flax seed
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 6 half ripe to ripe mangoes ( i used julie and dodos )
Directions

1Blend all ingredients.

2Chill and enjoy before or after workout exercise.
