Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 different flavors of yogurt (i used activia strawberry and peach)
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk (optional you can use honey)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 1 bottle of smalta
  • 3 cup nestle vanilla flavour supligen
  • 2 cup gatorade(any flavour)
  • 2 tbsp flax seed
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 6 half ripe to ripe mangoes ( i used julie and dodos )

Directions

    Blend all ingredients.

    Chill and enjoy before or after workout exercise.
