- frozen pastry squares
- 1 egg
- 1 wedge Brie
- brown sugar
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
Directions

1Clump pastry together and roll out.

2Sprinkle with brown sugar and slivered almonds.

3Place Brie on top of almonds and sugar. Wrap pastry around Brie.

4Place folded-side down and brush top of pastry with beaten egg.

5Bake at 375° for about 25 minutes.

6Test for firmness with sharp knife to see if pastry is done.
