  • 4 onion
  • 500 grams wurstel (or sausages)
  • 4 tbsp margarine
  • 1 can Champignons
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 250 ml heavy cream (or Joghurt)
  • 1 salt
  • 1 pepper

Directions

    Peel the onions and cut them into cubes.

    Cut the wurstel into stripes
  3. 3
    Put the margarine into a pan and heat
  4. 4
    Add the onions and the wurstel until they are golden brown
  5. 5
    Add the Champignons drained (keep the water aside)
  6. 6
    Add the Champignons water, salt,pepper and mustard and cook for 5-10 minutes.

    Mix the flour with the cream and add it to the pan.

    Fertig!
