- 4 onion
- 500 grams wurstel (or sausages)
- 4 tbsp margarine
- 1 can Champignons
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 250 ml heavy cream (or Joghurt)
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
Directions

1Peel the onions and cut them into cubes.

2Cut the wurstel into stripes

3Put the margarine into a pan and heat

4Add the onions and the wurstel until they are golden brown

5Add the Champignons drained (keep the water aside)

6Add the Champignons water, salt,pepper and mustard and cook for 5-10 minutes.

7Mix the flour with the cream and add it to the pan.

8Fertig!
