  • 1/2 cup unsulphured molasses
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1-1/2 cup milk
  • 4 cups peeled, grated raw yams

    Combine sugar, molasses, butter, spices and salt.
