- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsulphured molasses
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1-1/2 cup milk
- 4 cups peeled, grated raw yams
Directions

1Combine sugar, molasses, butter, spices and salt.

3Stir in yams, mixing thoroughly.

4Pour into greased 1-1/2 qt.
