- 2 small yams
- boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. orange marmalade
- 2/3 c. orange juice
- 1/8 tsp. dried sage
- dash of salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Boil or steam yams for 20 minutes or until barely tender.

3Drain and cool.

4Peel and cut to equal 1 2/3 cups.

5In shallow baking dish, place yams; sprinkle with brown sugar.

6Soften marmalade and mix with orange juice.

7Add sage and salt and pour over yams.

8Bake for 30 minutes.
