- 2 lb. arm roast, cubed
- Season-All salt
- garlic salt
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 2 cans beef broth (double strength)
Directions

1Mix cubed roast, garlic salt, season salt and flour in a large bowl.

2Stir together until all meat is well coated.

3Place meat into large preheated frying pan with small amount of vegetable oil.

4Cook over medium heat until meat is browned.

5Stir in 2 cans of beef broth and stir in 2 cans of warm water.

6Cook until broth and water become gravy.

7Serve over mashed potatoes or cooked rice.
