  • 2 2/3 c. flour
  • 1 c. corn meal
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. cooking oil

Directions

    Mix and stir together flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder and salt.

    Combine egg, milk, cream-style corn and oil; add all at once to dry ingredients.

    Stir just until moistened.

    Pour into a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan and bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
