- Rib Eye Roast
- 2 t. salt
- 1 t. pepper
- 8 oz. horseradish
- 8 halved small potatoes
- 8 carrots cut into fourths
- 8 small onions
- 3/4 c. cold water
- 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Wash and chop vegetables.

2Arrange in the bottom of a roaster. Mix water, flour, salt and pepper.

3Pour over vegetables.

4Place roast on top of vegetable.

5Spread horseradish all over roast. Roast covered in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Serve with Yorkshire Pudding.
