["Mix sugar, salt & flour. Cut in butter until like coarse meal. Add sour cream & mix until smooth. Refrigerate 1 or 2 hrs.", "Divide dough into 3 parts.", "Roll out on floured wax paper into rectangle. Spread with apricot preserves. Sprinkle with cinn/sugar, chopped walnuts and raisins.
