- 1 Tbsp. dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 4 Tbsp. dry milk
- 12 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. shortening
Directions

1Put yeast and sugar in warm water; let rise 10 minutes.

2Mix flour, milk, baking powder and salt; cut in shortening.

3Add yeast water.

4Knead; shape rolls; put in greased pan.

5Let rise in warm place 30 minutes.

6Bake at 375° until brown.
