- 1 large cake compressed yeast
- 3 Tbsp. melted shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. water (to cool milk to lukewarm)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- flour
Directions

1Mix together until yeast is all dissolved.

2Add flour enough to make dough.

3Roll out after raised once.

4Cut with cutter; put in greased pan and let raise before baking.

5Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
