Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- 5 Tbsp. oil
- 4 1/2 c. plain flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water; add salt, sugar and oil, blending well.

2Stir in 2 cups of flour and beat well; add remaining flour slowly to form a soft dough.

3Knead well.

4Store in a greased bowl with cover overnight in refrigerator.

5Punch down dough; make into rolls.

6Leave rolls on baking pan until they rise double in size, 2 to 3 hours.

7Bake at 450° until done.
